Outside Pitches
Outside Pitches are approximately 4m x 8m, you must ensure you book enough pitches to accommodate your vehicle and stock. Most are allocated pitches and the number is painted in white on the ground. Make sure you set up on the correct pitch and consult a steward if you are unsure.
It is very disruptive to you and other exhibitors if we have to ask you to move your stock because you have set-up on the wrong pitch. Pitches in the Allocation on Arrival area are not allocated but are marked out. DO NOT take up more than your entitled space, you will be asked to move your stock.
Vehicle Passes
Each pitch is issued with a pass that admits one vehicle and two people for the duration of the fair. One extra Exhibitors Pass per pitch may be purchased in advance of the fair at £25. (IACF reserves the right to refuse entry).
Tickets for the antique and collectors will be posted 10-14 days prior to the fair, at the top of your ticket is the receipt of payment. If you prefer to collect your tickets at the fair make sure you mention this at the time of booking.
